How soon will someone reply?
We aim to answer emails the same day. Questions that need a clinician's input can take up to one business day.
Can I ask a medical question by email?
Email is fine for general questions, but we cannot diagnose or prescribe by email. For anything about your own health, book a free consultation so a clinician can review your history.
How do I stop a monthly program?
Cancel anytime from your patient portal or by emailing us before your next refill date. There is no fee to cancel. Medication that has already been prepared or shipped cannot be returned.
I applied for an ESA or PSD letter. Who do I contact?
Email the team with the name and email you used to book. We can check the status of your evaluation and resend a letter if needed.
Where do I sign in to my patient account?
Use the Sign in link at the top of any page. It opens the secure patient portal where your bookings and messages are kept.
