1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

2. What My IV Doctors is

My IV Doctors is a telehealth service that connects patients with independently licensed U.S. clinicians by phone or video. Clinicians use their own professional judgment. Information on this website is general and does not replace an individual medical evaluation.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are not for urgent or emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis in the U.S., call or text 988.

4. Who can use the services

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States at the time of your consultation and able to give accurate information about your health. Some services are limited to certain states.

5. Your information and honesty

You agree to give complete and truthful answers about your medical history, medications and identity. Clinicians rely on that information to decide whether a treatment, test or letter is appropriate.

6. Prescriptions, letters and results

A consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a letter, a medical card certification or any particular result. Clinicians decide what is medically appropriate. Compounded medicines come from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and do not carry FDA approval. Acceptance of ESA or PSD letters by a housing provider, and of medical card certifications by a state program, is decided by those third parties.

7. Prices and payment

The first consultation is free. Prices for treatments, tests and letters are shown on each service page and on our pricing page. Monthly programs renew until you cancel. State fees, lab draw fees and brand-name medication costs may be separate. Refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Third-party services

Scheduling, payments, pharmacies, labs and nursing visits may be provided by independent partners with their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

9. Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission or copy our content for commercial use without written consent. All site content is owned by My IV Doctors or its licensors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, My IV Doctors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
