Who can apply?
Physicians (MD or DO), nurse practitioners and physician assistants with an active, unrestricted U.S. license, plus licensed mental health professionals for ESA and PSD evaluations.
Is the work fully remote?
Yes. Consultations happen by phone or video, so you can work from anywhere you can hold a private, secure call.
How long are consultations?
Most last about 5–10 minutes. Patients complete an intake before the call, so your time goes to the clinical decision rather than paperwork.
Can I set my own hours?
You choose the time blocks you work. Many clinicians add a few hours a week alongside an existing practice.
