How prescription orders ship

From clinician approval to your doorstep: who prepares your order, how long each stage usually takes and what to do if something goes wrong.

Typical timeline

Pharmacy preparation: 1 to 3 business days
Once a clinician approves treatment and your payment goes through, the prescription goes to a licensed partner pharmacy, which prepares and packs it. We let you know when it leaves.
Carrier delivery: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery time depends on where you live and on the carrier. These are estimates, not promises; storms, carrier problems and busy seasons can slow things down.

Can you ship to my state?

We ship within the United States when state law allows and a clinician has approved the prescription. A few medications cannot be sent to some states. If yours is one of them, your clinician will tell you during the visit.

Refrigerated medication

Medications that must stay cool, including some GLP-1 injections, travel in insulated packaging with cold packs and usually by faster shipping so they spend less time on the road. Put them in the refrigerator soon after they arrive and follow the storage directions in the box. It helps to have someone home on delivery day.

Tracking

You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and your patient portal shows its status too.

If a package is late, lost or damaged

Email team@myivdoctors.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We work it out with the pharmacy and carrier and send a replacement when that is the right fix.

Check your address

A complete, correct address keeps your order moving. If an order is returned or lost because the address you gave was wrong, sending it again may cost a re-shipping fee. Need to change the address? Contact us before the order ships.

Mobile IV therapy is not shipped

IV therapy is delivered in person: a licensed nurse comes to your home, hotel or workplace. The service is available in California only for now.
