Refunds and cancellations at My IV Doctors
Which charges can be refunded, which cannot and how to stop a monthly plan before the next billing date.
Your first consultation costs nothing
There is no fee for the first visit with a My IV Doctors clinician, so there is nothing to refund. Charges only start if you and your clinician agree on a treatment plan.
Stopping a monthly plan
Monthly plans are charged at the start of each billing period. To stop yours, use your patient portal or email us before your next refill date. Cancelling is free and there is no minimum term. Your plan keeps running until the paid period ends, and no further charges are made. Unused days in a period are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Medication that has already shipped
Pharmacies cannot take back prescription medication once it has been dispensed and sent, for safety and regulatory reasons, so shipped medication cannot be returned or refunded. If the pharmacy has not processed your order yet, contact us quickly and we will try to stop it.
Damaged, wrong or faulty items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery at team@myivdoctors.com if an item arrives damaged, is not what was prescribed or does not work as it should. We arrange a replacement or a suitable refund with the pharmacy, at no cost to you.
Mobile IV appointments
You can move or cancel an IV appointment for free until 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations and missed appointments may carry a fee to cover the nurse’s time and supplies.
Asking for a refund
Email team@myivdoctors.com with your name, your account email and the charge you are asking about. Every request is reviewed by a person, and most get an answer within one business day.
When the money arrives
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Banks and card issuers usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
